Many people prefer to keep their medical conditions private, particularly when their ailments are of a “personal” nature. Other people like to talk about their conditions to raise awareness of them in the hope that that will spur people to find a cure. Bentpaperclip is in the latter group.

Bentpaperclip has taken to widely broadcasting the fact that she has been diagnosed with a particularly severe form of nymphomania. This is an extreme burden for her because if she doesn’t have almost constant sex during her waking hours she will literally go crazy, which makes it difficult for her to get anything else done. And because her sex cravings keep her awake most of the night and day, sleep isn’t much of a relief.

At one time, Bentpaperclip’s condition was considered to be not just incurable, but also untreatable. However, the Shalampax Medical Clinic has designed a unique treatment program for her. The clinic has used its regulatory powers to declare her bedroom to be a public playground and is encouraging all citizens to “play” there. Because Benpaperclip is bisexual, this invitation is open to Shalampaxians of both sexes.

People playing in her playground are asked to bring food as Bentpaperclip’s condition prevents her from finding time to go out and shop. And she eats only while having sex.

Because Bentpaperclip’s nymphomania is a clinically diagnosed medical condition, condoms for all of her male sex partners will be paid for by the government-sponsored health insurance plan.
