@David: There's no shame in rushing to judgement before all of the information is in. I do that all of the time because it's efficient and I'm probably not going to come to the right conclusion even if I do have all of the information anyway.

Until I got to Obama, my answer was they are all dead. That was a premature rush to judgement it seems.
