Eliminating the burden and hassle of warranty forms is definitely value-added for the consumer/customer – this new policy should really make them stand out from other email scams.

@David: There's no shame in rushing to judgement before all of the information is in. I do that all of the time because it's efficient and I'm probably not going to come to the right conclusion even if I do have all of the information anyway.
